Following a European tour with Love Of Diagrams in 2004, Yoshi was denied entry into Australia and returned to Japan. In the summer of that year, Cameron started writing new songs that focused on the inclusion of a live drummer and new guitarist. Monika no longer played accordion, but focused on bass and so entered Evelyn Morris on drums and Ben Butcher on guitar, rounding out the classic line up. In July of 2005, Baseball was invited to play at Hohiayan rock festival in Taiwan and a round of Japanese dates were added. This EP was quickly recorded by Laura Macfarlane and mixed/mastered by Brent Punshon weeks before the tour.
